[Python] CentOS 7 Python 3.5.1 자동 설치 가이드

CentOS 7 설치를 마치고, Python3.5.1 설치를 자동으로 진행 할 수 있는 문서를 찾았고, 관련 스크립트를 조금 변경해서 사용 했습니다. 

아래 순서대로 진행하면  Python3.5.1 설치가 자동으로 진행 됩니다.

1. 사용자 생성
